He currently leads the customer leadership education team at GE where his team delivers high-impact Crotonville leadership learning experiences that drive customer success and accentuate the unique value of GE in strategic markets. Bob has BBA & MBA from St. Bonaventure University and teaches executive leadership at Kellogg & Wharton.
